FA Brand - Final Approach

I live in rural Kansas with my wife, two daughters and eight dogs. I've been hunting for 18 years. I started hunting with my father and my brother at age 12. I hunt turkey, deer, waterfowl, and doves. I also like fly fishing and motocross. My favorite hunts are with family and friends. I enjoy teaching new hunters. I hunt mainly public land for ducks and private land for geese.

I enjoy hunting with hunters from different parts of the country. I often find they have many good ideas I can learn from. I like taking new people out and showing them that hours of scouting, brushing your blinds properly, attention to the weather, and going the extra mile will pay off in the end. The best part is watching someone get their first goose. It makes all the hard work worth it. It is amazing to see a good dog work and see how much they enjoy it. Sometimes this is the only reason I get up and go.
